Do you ship internationally?
Yes — international shipments, including the customs paperwork, through whichever carrier makes the most sense for the destination. For parcels to Ukraine and Eastern Europe, we also ship MEEST.
Can you ship fragile, oddly-shaped, or heavy items?
That's a lot of what we do — artwork, electronics, glassware, and anything else that doesn't fit a standard box. We pack it to survive the trip, and there's a hand truck on hand for heavy items.
How do you decide which carrier to use for my package?
Every carrier prices differently depending on weight, dimensions, destination, and how fast it needs to get there. We weigh and measure what you're actually shipping, run it against every carrier we work with, and hand-pick whichever one fits best that day. No guessing, no picking the carrier with the biggest sign out front.
Do you handle larger or freight shipments?
Call ahead with the size and destination so we can plan for it — larger shipments sometimes need more lead time than a walk-in package.
